Andriy Shakhov has dismissed rumors linking Brazilian midfielder Bruninho with a move to "Dynamo" Kyiv. The media department director of the capital club made it clear that the current transfer speculation has no foundation.

"Dynamo is not so much uninterested in Bruninho, he simply isn't on our shortlist of potential reinforcements. The rumors connecting him with our club are untrue," – Shakhov stated.

The transfer gossip had been circulating across Ukrainian media outlets recently, suggesting that "Dynamo" was planning to acquire the "Karpaty" Lviv foreign player.

Bruninho, who joined the Lviv side in September last year, has put together some decent numbers since his arrival. The Brazilian has featured in 25 matches across all competitions, finding the net eight times and providing three assists for his teammates.

Interestingly, despite these solid statistics for a newcomer to Ukrainian football, it seems "Dynamo" has other targets in mind for strengthening their squad. Are there other Brazilian talents on their radar instead? That remains to be seen.
