Andriy Shakhov has firmly rejected recent media speculation linking Brazilian footballer Bruninho with a move to "Dynamo" Kyiv. The media department director of the Ukrainian giants made it clear that contrary to widespread reports, the club has no immediate interest in signing the "Karpaty" Lviv legionnaire.

"'Dynamo' isn't necessarily uninterested in Bruninho, he's simply not on our shortlist of potential reinforcements. The rumors connecting him with our club are untrue," – Shakhov stated.

The 25-year-old Brazilian midfielder joined "Karpaty" last September and has since established himself as one of the team's key performers. His stats speak for themselves – eight goals and three assists across 25 appearances in all competitions. Not bad for a newcomer to Ukrainian football.

By the way, this isn't the first time "Dynamo" has been linked with players without actual interest from the club's management. The capital city team often finds itself at the center of transfer speculation, particularly regarding standout performers from other Ukrainian Premier League sides.

While Bruninho continues to impress in Lviv, "Dynamo" fans might be wondering – who is actually on that shortlist of potential signings? With Shakhov's statement effectively closing the door on this particular transfer rumor, the question remains open.
