Isaac Price scored the decisive goal as Northern Ireland secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Iceland at Windsor Park on Tuesday night. The 21-year-old midfielder not only found the net but also walked away with the Player of the Match award for his impressive performance.

"It was a challenging match, but we showed great character to get the result," Price might have said after his match-winning display.

The "Albion" midfielder made the difference just after the half-hour mark with a well-taken finish. Price picked up the ball on the left side of the 18-yard box before curling a precise shot into the bottom corner, giving the goalkeeper no chance. He remained on the pitch until the 91st minute when he was substituted in added time.

Interestingly, Price wasn't the only "Albion" player in international action on Tuesday. Callum Styles also featured for his national team, helping them to secure a win in their fixture. Both players showing their worth on the international stage.

Northern Ireland managed to keep a clean sheet despite playing with 10 men for part of the match - a solid defensive display to complement Price's match-winning contribution. Could this performance help cement Price's place in the national team setup moving forward?
