Mladen Bartulovic finds himself at a career crossroads as "Metalist 1925" actively pursues the Croatian specialist currently heading "Zorya". The Kharkiv club's interest comes with a significant complication - Bartulovic has already agreed to terms with "Oleksandriya", last season's silver medalists in the Ukrainian Premier League.

Negotiations between Bartulovic and the Kharkiv side have reportedly been productive, according to sources close to the situation. However, the Croatian coach previously gave his consent to join "Oleksandriya", creating a delicate professional dilemma.

Interestingly, should Bartulovic opt for "Metalist 1925", he wouldn't be working alone. The club plans to reunite him with the coaching team that helped the Kharkiv squad return to Ukraine's football elite - Oleksandr Chizhov, Maksym Tsvirenko, and Andriy Polunin.

The Kharkiv club has been busy sorting out its coaching situation on multiple fronts. In addition to pursuing Bartulovic, they've also finalized their women's team coaching position, appointing Nataliia Zinchenko to lead the squad.

By the way, this news comes as "Polissia" has reportedly abandoned its attempts to sign a recent debutant for the Ukrainian national team.

Will Bartulovic honor his agreement with the silver medalists or be swayed by "Metalist 1925"'s proposal? The coaching carousel in Ukrainian football continues to spin.
