Ilia Topuria prepares for his ambitious move to the lightweight division where he'll face Brazilian fighter Charles Oliveira in the main event of UFC 317 on June 29. The Spanish-Georgian champion, who already holds the featherweight title, now aims to capture a second belt in a higher weight class.

"I represent the new generation of Mixed Martial Arts. I am the best fighter in the world," Topuria declares in UFC's newly released promotional video for the event. "Now it's time to become the lightweight world champion. I want that belt, this is my year."

The promotional footage showcases Topuria's impressive victories over Alexander Volkanovski and Max Holloway, highlighting his path to becoming the featherweight champion before this upcoming challenge.

Interestingly, "El Matador" appears supremely confident about competing at 155 pounds. He doesn't seem intimidated by Oliveira's extensive experience in the lightweight division.

"I feel so powerful at 155 pounds that when I touch Oliveira's chin, he will explode," Topuria boldly predicts.

After claiming the featherweight throne, Topuria clearly isn't satisfied with just one championship belt. Can he make history by dethroning Oliveira and becoming a two-division UFC champion? The answer awaits on June 29.
